Highly recommend Roam and Roll! We had the best experience renting from them. We rented their largest van for a 2 week ski trip. There was plenty of space for us and all our ski gear (and skis) the van was very cosy with the heater on and the bed was very comfortable. The van also has 4wd and extremely good winter tyres so no issues on the winter roads. The owner is also fantastic to communicate with and pick up / drop off was very easy. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We had a really lovely time exploring the country towns in Japan with the Roam and Roll Campervan. The features included in the campervan made it a perfect choice for our recent camping adventure. Things such as the snow tyres, indoor heater, cooking equipment, fridge and various camping furniture was provided that made our experience more enjoyable. The in-built ETC card made finalising tolls at the end of our trip extremely easy. Whilst the vehicle is a bit tight for the built up cities, it was very easy to drive and as soon as you start driving in the country towns it became easier. Always make sure to check ahead on maps for appropriate parking spaces as some planning is beneficial. Plenty of information was provided in the guide book and prior to departure. Any questions we had were answered.

An exceptional experience thru Campervan rental service. One of the most memorable Japan trip I could ever asked for. I rented Mori which is the biggest model from the company while offers flexibility of driving thru any terrain conditions and various type of facilities giving you the most convenience daily-life such as Queen-size bed(with super soft pillow!), camping gears, kitchenware, dining table, and the space for even carrying 2 snowboards. This fulfilled all my wish list into a single trip completely from Tokyo, camping at Kouan nearby Fuji Mt., snowboarding at Hakuba, and hiking at Kamikochi. This would not happen if there was no an excellent guidance and support from a very kind and supportive service owner thru out the trip from start till end. If you are looking for a memorable trip in a different way of traveling in Japan, I do recommend this rental service as a first choice.

Amazing camper van experience! 🚐 If you’re planning a road trip in Japan’s mountains, don’t hesitate - rent from Roam and Roll! The van has incredibly well-equipped. Kitchen and fridge had everything we needed, super practical and we could even cook outside 👌 What impressed us most: the spacious driver’s cabin with a rear-view camera display (so helpful on the road!), and the heating that worked perfectly even at -3°C ❄️ Outstanding service quality. Without a doubt the best van we’ve ever rented - we’ll be back! 🙌
