Amazing camper van experience! 🚐 If you’re planning a road trip in Japan’s mountains, don’t hesitate - rent from Roam and Roll! The van has incredibly well-equipped. Kitchen and fridge had everything we needed, super practical and we could even cook outside 👌 What impressed us most: the spacious driver’s cabin with a rear-view camera display (so helpful on the road!), and the heating that worked perfectly even at -3°C ❄️ Outstanding service quality. Without a doubt the best van we’ve ever rented - we’ll be back! 🙌

Best van rental experience in Japan! 🚐 This was hands down the best camper van we’ve ever rented - it was absolutely perfect! Everything was so well thought out and designed. The heating worked flawlessly even when temperatures dropped to -3°C ❄️ The driver’s cabin is spacious and comfortable, with a rear-view camera display that keeps you constantly aware of your surroundings on the road - such a useful feature! The kitchen and fridge setup was excellent - everything you need is there and so practical to use. We even cooked outside the van, which was great 👌 If you’re hesitating about renting a van for your next adventure in Japan’s mountains, just DO IT! The service quality is outstanding and we’ll definitely be coming back for our next road trip. Highly recommend Roam and Roll! 🙌

第一次在日本租露營車就找到這家，和老闆Guobin稍微聊了一下，發現他來自新加坡，在日本剛成立自己的露營車租借公司，車款幾乎都是全新的，車輛狀況非常好，有apple car play，也有洗手槽和冰箱。日本沿路都有道の駅，廁所非常多，所以不太需要擔心上廁所的問題。 總而言之！我們整體的租借體驗非常好，車輛的使用手冊做的非常精緻，Goubin在一開始也會推薦了我們幾個遊玩的路線，還有沿路會經過的營地，最後我們去靜岡、伊豆半島、箱根玩了四天三夜，是一趟非常難忘的旅程。 我們很幸運的在這一趟預約到浩庵露營車，也人品爆發的在早上看到了富士山倒映在湖上的樣貌！幸せ！

Great experience! We had a great trip with the Mori camper van. The van is as good as new and runs very smoothly. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a camping adventure. The size is ideal for a Family of three – it could even fit one more child. Also the owner was very friendly, helpful and approachable before and during the rental. He even helped with the translations of the drivers license. 100% recommended!

My partner and I booked a van with Rome and Roll for a 10-day drive around Japan, and we absolutely loved every second of it. The van was in great condition, perfectly clean, and had plenty of room for two to comfortably sleep—it was our cozy home on wheels! What truly made the experience exceptional was their outstanding customer service. When we ran into an unexpected issue with the battery, they were immediately responsive. They messaged us and talked us through the solution right away, and then proactively offered continual support for anything else we might have needed during the rest of our trip. Great van, great experience, and truly exceptional customer support. We highly recommend Rome and Roll and would absolutely do this again in a heartbeat!
