What is the rental process?
Step 1: Reservation enquiry
Submit your reservation enquiry with your desire van and travel dates, by filling the form below. You will get a quotation by email within 48 hours.
Step 2: Confirm your reservation
In the quotation email, you will receive a payment detail.
Please make the payment as soon as you can. The quotation will only be valid for 5 working days.
Once the payment has been verified, your reservation is confirmed.
Step 3: Pick up the van
Meet up at the agreed upon time and location in Sugamo, Tokyo. All drivers must be present with their original licenses, we will explain how to use the car, ask you to check and sign the contract. It takes about 30-40 minutes.
A refundable vehicle security deposit needs to be paid via Visa or Mastercard at the time of departure.
What is the cancellation policy?

If cancelled up to 60 days prior to pick up: full refund or free re-schedule within six months within Roam & Roll Campervan availability

If cancelled from 31 to 59 days prior to pick up: 20% of Gross rental fee OR free one chance re-schedule within six months

If cancelled 7 to 30 days prior to pick up: 50% of Gross rental fee

If cancelled within 7 days before pick up or No Show: 100% of Gross rental fee
*All cancellations requests should be submitted before 6pm JST
In the case of a medical emergency the cancellation fee will be waived if you present an official certificate and reschedule within six months.
